We are looking for an extremely organised, enthusiastic and passionate Head Chef to lead our small team of long standing chefs, in a very busy cafe kitchen.

The Head Chef is required to take overall responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations which includes: supplier ordering, menu development and innovation, stock control, food cost and wastage management, health and safety management and overall quality control.

We're looking for someone who can handle a high pressure working environment and someone who is a natural leader, promoting good work ethic and mutual respect within the team. This is a very special position and doesn't come up too often. It is a great opportunity for career growth and an amazing platform for creativity and innovation.
